Andrew Kahl is an associate in our U.S. finance practice
Andrew advises lenders, borrowers and agents on domestic and cross-border finance transactions including acquisition financings, syndicated and bilateral loans, letter-of-credit transactions, subscription facilities, asset-based loans and trade -related financings, as well as general U.S. corporate matters.
Andrew also has experience with advising clients on U.S. securities law, representing issuers and underwriters in the offering of structured products linked to a variety of underlying assets under their respective U.S. and European medium-term note programs, Rule 144A programs, structured CD programs and bank note programs.
Andrew received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut, and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School.
Andrew is admitted to the New York State Bar.
