Andrew Hilton is an expertise counsel in our digital economy transactions practice
Andrew has specialised in technology law for over 20 years, focusing on technology contracting, digital transformation, telecommunications, data and privacy.
Andrew acted for NBN Co in negotiating key agreements underpinning the National Broadband Network, and continued to advise on complex contractual relationships, strategy and technology over the subsequent decade (including 5 years on secondment).
Andrew moved into an expertise focussed role in 2021, and now plays a key role in supporting our clients and our team through thought leadership, publications and current awareness.
Andrew brings a strong interest in mentoring, organisational culture, inclusion, diversity and wellbeing.
