Andrew Hilton is an expertise counsel in our digital economy transactions practice
Andrew has helped clients navigate the digital economy for over 16 years, specialising in technology contracting, digtal transformation, telecommunications, data and privacy. Andrew has qualifications in computing science and law, and has worked in online publishing, internet infrastructure and project management before his career as a lawyer.
Andrew's diverse experience includes working in-house on secondment with Telstra and Unisys, and as a solicitor for The University of Sydney. Most recently, he has worked closely with nbn co limited, spending five years on secondment as Senior Legal Counsel advising on complex contractual relationships, strategy and technology.
Andrew returned to the firm in 2021 to focus on expertise and thought leadership initiatives.
