Andrew advises on the acquisition, development, financing and disposal of commercial real estate. He has extensive experience acting for owners, developers, users and tenants of major real estate and infrastructure developments including industrial, commercial, government and tourism properties.
Andrew's expertise is acknowledged in a wide range of real estate areas, particularly in major corporate real estate transactions, property acquisition and development for major retailers. He also has deep experience in brownfields redevelopment of industrial and contaminated sites, having acted for many of Australia's oil refining and retailing companies.
Andrew also has extensive experience in advising participants in PPP projects (both concessionaires and government) in respect of the property aspects of these major infrastructure developments.
