Alexis Rosenberg is a senior associate in our projects practice
Alexis practices primarily in the area of project finance and transport, infrastructure and energy projects focused on public private partnerships (P3). Alexis works with lenders, sponsors and public authorities, with a particular focus on representing the owner side.
Based in our New York office, Alexis focuses on North American projects. Prior to joining the New York team, Alexis was based at Ashurst in Tokyo, Japan, where she worked in the international projects group advising on projects primarily in Asia and the Middle East, Prior, to Tokyo, Alexis worked at the Ashurst office in Canberra, Australia, advising the Australian Federal Government on transport and infrastructure projects and programs.
Alexis' experience also includes a broad range of corporate matters, including advising in respect of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate governance. Her experience includes both international and domestic renewable energy, and infrastructure - and resource - related transactions, in the United States, Asia, the Middle East and Australia.
Alexis is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory.
