Alexandra Heitmann is a senior associate in our finance practice in Frankfurt and a member of our Global Markets Group
She specialises in debt capital market transactions and project finance. Alexandra advises issuers and investment banks on international debt capital markets, derivatives and structured finance transactions with a focus on corporate bonds and structured products. Her expertise covers the issuance and repurchase of structured securities and bonds as well as structured bonds (including securitised derivatives), hybrid instruments, registered notes (Namensschuldverschreibungen) and Schuldschein loans.
In the area of project finance her consulting focuses in particular on advising institutional investors in relation to the financing of transport infrastructure (i.e. means of transport and roads).
Prior to joining Ashurst, Alexandra worked as an associate in the Banking and Capital Markets Department of a German law firm in Frankfurt and as a trainee lawyer in the corporate finance department of a leading international law firm in London.
