Alexander has considerable experience advising fund managers on the formation and raising of their funds, including large international private equity funds. He also advises sponsors on their co-investment and segregated mandate arrangements.
Other relevant experience includes advising sponsors on their executive carried interest and investment interest schemes and on transfers of interests in funds, as well as advising institutional investors on primary investments.
