Alex has experience advising both domestic and international clients, including sponsors on the formation of their funds, co-investment structures, and executive carried interest structures. Alex also has experience advising investors, corporate trustees, and a range of financial services businesses.
Alex has been recognised as a rising star by being selected as a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards 2024 in the Financial Services category.
Alex is qualified to practise in New South Wales, not in England and Wales.
