Alastair is a Partner in the tax department in London and advises on UK tax matters with a particular emphasis on investment funds and employee incentivisation.
Alastair is experienced in structuring funds investing in private equity, debt, infrastructure and CLO assets. He also advises on structuring carried interest and other performance related incentive arrangements.
