Alan leads our global legal managed services business. Throughout his career he has partnered with some of the largest corporations and financial institutions in the world to design, implement and deliver complex legal and contracting managed services solutions. He advises GCs and CLOs on how to establish innovative delivery models to efficiently handle legal work that requires the right blend of technical legal expertise, process efficiency and technology enablement. His expertise also includes legal function transformation and strategy consulting, having advised some of the worlds most sophisticated organisations on their legal function strategy and operating model design.
He has deep experience in all areas of the legal services market having trained as a financial services and capital markets lawyer with a European law firm, worked in-house with a top tier global investment bank, run and scaled a legal technology company as COO and run businesses within some of the largest managed legal services providers in the market. He is a financial services professional by background and his expertise now covers a broad range of sectors and industries.
