Aimi Gold

Aimi advises on a broad range of matters including IT, sourcing and telecoms arrangements and consumer law and data protection compliance matters.

She has experience negotiating strategic software contracts, including ERP system upgrades. Aimi has led on a number of high-value, complex digital infrastructure acquisitions and was seconded to Virgin Media Business, where she advised on B2B commercial dark fibre arrangements and other connectivity services agreements.

Aimi has a strong understanding of contract law and spent six months as the Digital Economy Transactions team's lead expertise lawyer, where she developed a contract law training programme, which she delivered internally and to key clients.  She also has an interest in emerging tech regulation, contributing to thought leadership in this area.
