Adriana focuses on banking and finance. She advises both lenders and borrowers on all types of financing, particularly acquisition and corporate financing.
She holds a Master's degrees in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Côte d'Azur and a Master of Science (MSc) International Management from ESCP, as well as an LLM from Queen Mary University of London.
Adriana is fluent in French and English.
Adriana joined Ashurst in July 2025.
She is a member of the Paris Bar.
