Adelle is a competition expert based in our Abu Dhabi office. She provides on the ground competition law expertise across the Middle East and is an integral member of Ashurst's global competition practice. Adelle has experience advising on competition and consumer laws, including in the context of regulatory investigations, litigious matters, and mergers and acquisitions. She also brings in-house credentials through a role acting as legal counsel at a State owned oil and gas enterprise. where she supported a range of competition law matters impacting the global activities of the business. Throughout Adelle's career she has advised on competition and consumer law matters across a range of industries including in energy and infrastructure, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, funds and financial services, technology and digital platforms, and consumer, food and retail.
