Adam Skibsted is a Senior Associate in our Corporate Projects practice specialising in the delivery of major transport and other infrastructure projects.
 
Adam has broad-ranging experience advising on projects in Australia and the UK including project structuring, procurement and funding strategies and implementation, contract drafting and negotiation, contract administration, restructuring of distressed projects/managed exits and disputes.
 
Adam has acted for various industry participants including governments, sponsors/developers, contractors, financiers, consultants and other corporations in the transport, residential, manufacturing, energy, healthcare and defence sectors.
