Adam is a project development lawyer focussing on transactional construction work. He advises clients on procurement strategies, concession agreements, construction & engineering contracts (including FEED, EPC, EPCM, D&B and DBOM), O&M contracts and framework agreements in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
He also has significant experience of project alliancing and other forms of collaborative contracting, particularly in the rail sector.
Adam is qualified in England & Wales.
