Ian specialises in corporate and international tax, regularly advising clients on tax outcomes for mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructures, financing and other major transactions.

Ian has recently been involved in major M&A transactions in a number of industries including resources, financial services and manufacturing. Ian has also recently been involved in a number of significant debt refinancing and reconstruction of asset transactions.

Ian's expertise is bolstered by his qualification as a chartered accountant. His dual qualification allows him to provide practical commercial advice to clients in a range of sectors including mining, financial services, retail, and manufacturing.
