WirtschaftsWoche recognises Ashurst as top law firm for real estate

Ashurst has been named one of the "Top Law Firms 2021" in Germany for real estate law by a panel of experts acting on behalf of weekly business magazine WirtschaftsWoche. Further, Ashurst partners Dr Liane Muschter and Nicolas Deuerling have been recognised as "Top Lawyers 2021" for real estate. 

For the real estate team, this is another important recognition of its achievements. In 2020, US publisher Best Lawyers again listed both German real estate partners as best lawyers in Germany. The year before, Ashurst was named "Law Firm of the Year 2019 for Real Estate and Construction Law" at the JUVE Awards.

Led by partner Dr Liane Muschter, Ashurst's real estate practice in Germany has undergone a period of rapid development in recent years. The team works for a large number of clients, including national and international institutional investors, property developers, insurance companies, family offices, building managers and real estate financiers.
