Corporate team boosted with high growth technology focused specialist hire in London

Jonathan joins from Clyde & Co, where he has worked since 2017. He has over 10 years of experience across private M&A, fundraisings, private equity, commercial contracts, restructuring, and general corporate and commercial matters, advising a wide range of clients, including a number of high growth technology focused businesses across the financial, health, renewables, education, engineering and software sectors. 

Jonathan also has extensive experience working on private equity focused transactions on both the acquisition and equity side including auction sales, acquisitions, management incentive plans and day-to-day portfolio company queries. Prior to joining Clyde and Co, Jonathan worked at Travers Smith, after spending over seven years at Slaughter and May.
