Ashurst further strengthens Paris offering with two partner hires

Noam joins from the London office of DLA Piper, where he has been since 2015, after having joined their Paris office in 2013 from the Paris office of Fried Frank. Noam began his career at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in Paris in 2001, prior to moving to New York, where he specialised in private equity before focusing on bankruptcy law. He joined Fried Frank in Paris in 2006.

His current practice focuses on all types of complex cases involving an international component and is split between corporate (including cross border LBOs and M&A) and restructuring (including all types of distressed situations with a particular focus on distressed M&A and debt restructurings). His clients include large corporates, private equity funds and numerous London-based hedge funds.

Vincent joins from Watson Farley & Williams, where he has been a partner since 2012. His transactional practice focuses on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, reorganisations and project development, particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He represents public and private companies as well as investment funds and their lenders. Vincent has extensive experience across Europe, the US as well as in a large number of emerging markets with a particular knowledge of Latin America, having worked in Bogota and New York. Prior to Watson Farley, Vincent was a partner in Winston & Strawn from 2003.
