Ashurst further strengthens global real estate team with key partner hire

    Tim joins from DLA Piper where he has been head of real estate in Australia since 2017 and partner since 2015. Tim specialises in real estate capital transactions and developments and major commercial and retail leasing transactions. He also regularly advises on energy and resources projects, hotel and leisure developments, infrastructure projects and M&A.  Prior to DLA Piper, Tim worked at King & Wood Mallesons and Herbert Smith Freehills.

    Tim's appointment follows the hire of partner Claire Dutch who will join the real estate team in London to co-head the planning team.
