Ashurst continues to bolster Southeast Asia capability with partner hire in Jakarta

    Joining from Allen & Overy, Dion has 15 years of experience specialising in M&As, joint ventures, fundraisings, strategic collaborations and investments, as well as private equity and venture capital transactions in telecommunication, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, fintech (payments, equity crowdfunding, e-money, e-wallet, peer-to-peer lending and digital banking), digital and technology start-ups (sectors including ride-hailing, e-commerce marketplace and e-retail), data centres, logistics, real estate and downstream oil and gas sectors. Dion has a focus in the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets and is admitted in Indonesia.
