Ashurst boosts private capital expertise in the London corporate team

    Markjan joins from Linklaters and has significant experience in European and sub-Sahara African private equity transactions. He focuses on private equity and M&A, corporate law and corporate governance, working predominantly with financial sponsors providing private capital. Prior to Linklaters, Markjan was a partner at South African firm Webber Wentzel where he advised numerous local and international clients on South African and sub-Saharan Africa M&A and private equity transactions.
