Philippe None, managing partner of Ashurst in Paris, said:
"Appointing Anne and Hortense are key steps in our aim of strengthening our corporate and disputes practices in Paris. We are delighted that they are both joining the team and we are confident that they will play a valuable role in further developing our disputes offering and our cross-border private equity and M&A capability."
Hortense de Roux added:
"Ashurst has an excellent reputation of successfully managing complex multi-jurisdictional matters. I very much look forward to working with Emmanuelle Cabrol and the rest of the Paris and global disputes team, particularly at a time when there is such demand for litigation work."
Anne Reffay added:
"I am looking forward to joining the Ashurst team and working again with many former colleagues both in Paris and in the other Ashurst offices. Ashurst has an exceptionally strong global corporate offering and the team advises on some of the most complex and high profile domestic and international matters. I am delighted to have the opportunity to contribute to the development of this practice."
This follows the recent appointment in Paris of Emmanuelle Cabrol as partner in the international arbitration practice, Emmanuelle Pontnau-Faure as partner in the tax practice, Pierre Roux as partner in the finance practice, and the promotion of Nataline Fleury as employment partner.
