Ashurst boosts incentives capability with key hire

    International law firm Ashurst today announces the appointment of Nicholas Stretch to lead its incentives team in London.

    Nicholas joins from CMS where he was head of incentives from 2006, having previously been a partner in Norton Rose Fulbright. With over 20 years' experience in advising on employee share plans and executive pay issues, Nicholas advises listed and private companies on all aspects of employee equity and cash bonus arrangements. Nicholas is currently chairman of the tax committee of Share Plan Lawyers and has been chairman of the Quoted Companies Alliance Share Scheme expert group.
