The promotions are across seven offices and 13 practices, with 54% in Asia Pacific and 46% in Europe. By country, ten of the new partners are in Australia, nine in the UK, two in each of Italy and Hong Kong and one in Tokyo. 58% of the partners promoted this year are female.

    Chairman Ben Tidswell, said:

"I would like to congratulate all of our new partners on their promotions. They are a tremendously talented group of people who are recognised for their expertise and have shown an exceptional track record in client service. I'm confident they will play an invaluable role in the future growth and leadership of this firm."

    Paul Jenkins, managing partner, commented:

"We have had another year of strong profitable growth and this has enabled us to make a significant number of promotions across our offices and practices. I am also very pleased that we have exceeded our gender target for new partner promotions this year, which reflects the firm's focus on identifying, supporting and developing the pipeline of female leaders. We have also appointed two partners this year who work on a part-time basis. We wanted to improve on our gender targets and whilst we have made progress, we remain very conscious of how much more needs to be done."
