Ashurst announces hiring of Matthew Haist as Counsel in its Global Loans practice in New York

Matthew Haist has joined Ashurst as a counsel in its New York office. Matthew has extensive experience advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated and bilateral loans, investment grade loans, project financings, trade financings, structured finance deals, and receivables purchases. He is a member of the New York bar and has also worked in Hong Kong.

Matthew and Ashurst partner Michael Neary previously worked together for more than eight years at Linklaters.
