Ashurst advises Sprints Capital in Revolut US800m Series E fundraising

Sprints Capital, a growth investment fund based in London, is one of Revolut's investors. The company first invested in Revolut in 2018, as part of a US$250m Series C funding round, on which Ashurst also advised.
The new funding round brings onboard two new investors, SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Tiger Global Management and will enable Revolut to continue to build the first global financial superapp, which currently has more than 16 million customers worldwide.
The Ashurst team was led by partners David Carter and Braeden Donnelly, with support from senior associate Jacob Gold and associate Lauren Garrett.
