Ashurst advises Sojitz Corporation on its acquisition of a relevant minority stake in Nexus Energía

We are proud to advise for the first time in Spain our global client SOJITZ CORPORATION, in the acquisition of a relevant stake, through a share capital increase, in NEXUS ENERGÍA, an energy trading company and one of the main players for market representation services for renewable energy producers in Spain. This is the first time that a Japanese trading house will become a shareholder of an energy trading company in Spain. This transaction, one of the most relevant of its kind so far this year, is a sign of the intense activity of our energy team at Ashurst Spain.
