Anders Kraft joins Ashurst as tax partner
Based in Frankfurt, Anders joins from Shearman & Sterling. Having qualified as a lawyer and tax advisor, he specialises in national and international tax advice related to M&A, private equity and financings, as well as on capital markets transactions and internal corporate restructurings, general tax planning and tax disputes. Anders advises domestic and international corporate clients, banks as well as financial services providers and private equity firms. Before joining Shearman & Sterling, he worked for Latham & Watkins and Linklaters for several years.
