    1 APRIL 2023
    • National Minimum and Living Wage rates increase (including the Apprentice Rate).

    • Prescribed rates of statutory shared parental pay, maternity pay, paternity pay, adoption pay and parental bereavement pay increase from £156.66 per week to £172.48 per week.

    • The deadline for publishing gender pay gap data as at the snapshot date of 5 April 2022 (for private and voluntary sector employers with at least 250 employees).

    • Prescribed rate of statutory sick pay increases from £99.35 per week to £109.40 per week.

    • The maximum week's pay used to calculate statutory redundancy payments will increase from £571 to £643.

    • Changes to unfair dismissal limits come into effect.
