José Ramón Casado is a partner in the dispute resolution and arbitration department at Ashurst Spain
Prior to joining Ashurst, he was head of the Civil Litigation and Arbitration practice at Baker & McKenzie.
José Ramón has a strong professional background and more than 23 years of experience in corporate, commercial and civil litigation, as well as in domestic and international arbitration. He has also advised numerous clients on Intellectual Property and Insolvency proceedings, both nationally and internationally.
José Ramón holds a degree in Law from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE-E1) of Madrid.
