Ashurst advises IVC Evidensia in relation to the divestment of eight veterinary practices

    Global law firm Ashurst has advised IVC Evidensia on its divestment of eight veterinary practices to five different buyers.

    IVC Evidensia is a leading veterinary care business with clinics and hospitals in Europe and Canada. As part of the divestment, four veterinary practices were sold to the investor, Perwyn.

    The Ashurst team was led by partner Aaron Shute, assisted by senior associate Nick Lever and associate Jo Lee. Partner Christopher Bates and senior associate Richard Holmes advised on commercial law matters, counsel David Razzell advised on real estate aspects, and partner Tom Cummins also advised.
