Ashurst advises on the sale of Paytron to OFX

Global law firm Ashurst has advised Paytron on the 100% sale of the company to OFX Group Limited. Payton is a Sydney-based B2B payments and expense management platform. OFC is a listed foreign exchange platform.
The Ashurst team was led by partner Stuart Dullard, who was assisted by senior associate David Donaldson and associates Alexandra Harley and Sophie Norrish (Corporate Transactions).
