Will has wide ranging experience advising both private and public sector clients on projects across the transport and infrastructure sectors. In particular, he has worked on a number of greenfield infrastructure development projects (including PPP/PFI transactions) as well as rolling stock procurements, rail franchises and general commercial matters.
