Simon Irvine is a consultant in our projects and energy transition practice
Simon has extensive experience advising public sector entities, sponsors and funders on the procurement, funding and delivery of major infrastructure and energy projects, as well as in relation to the acquisition and divestment of interests in project assets. He has advised on projects developed under a wide range of commercial structures throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region. He has a particular focus on complex procurement arrangements and multi-sourced financing arrangements (including transactions combining public sector financing support with private sector investment).
Simon was previously a partner in the Ashurst projects practice and has also worked within government.
