Sara advises on the corporate tax aspects of a variety of transactions, with a real estate focus that includes development and development finance, commercial leasing from a landlord or tenant perspective, and both corporate and asset acquisitions and disposals.
A keen litigator, she also advises in relation to contentious tax matters, advising taxpayers on disputes with HMRC as well as matters before the tax tribunals, Court of Justice of the European Union and the Court of Appeal.
Sara is a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners' Group, and obtained higher rights of audience (civil proceedings) in 2014.
