Philippa specialises in large scale complex infrastructure transactions and commercial contracts in the transport and social infrastructure sectors. Philippa has particular expertise acting for both private and public sector clients in relation to large scale rail and road PPP projects in London and Australia, as well as advising on downstream project documentation, procurement documentation, general contract administration issues and various other project related work.
Philippa is qualified in Australia (High Court and New South Wales).
