Noam Ankri is a partner in our corporate practice

Noam heads the distressed companies and special situations practice of the Paris office. He specialises in complex cross-border matters, with a dual expertise in M&A (LBO, corporate M&A) and restructuring (distress M&A, debt restructurings, insolvency proceedings). 

Having worked in New York, London and Paris, his clients, which include large corporations, private equity funds and numerous hedge funds, appreciate his unique eye for the multi-cultural approach required in a cross-border deal.

Particularly active in all types of special situations for almost 20 years, Noam has advised most of the major transactions in France such as the €6bn LBO of PagesJaunes and the $3bn debt restructuring of CGG.

He is also an experienced litigator having obtained major results for his foreign clients before French Courts, such as the NY trustee in the Belvedere saga and for a UK bank following the insolvency of a famous hotel in Courchevel.
