Nicola has over 23 years' experience in the investment management industry and advises on all aspects of private institutional investment products and transactions. Nicola acts for both sponsors and investors and her experience includes the structuring, establishment and management of real estate, private equity, infrastructure, debt and hedge funds, and related carry arrangements.
In addition to funds, Nicola has experience of joint ventures and club arrangements. She advises major investors in relation to their investments, including secondary disposals of fund investments.
