Nick is a partner in the banking and international finance department of Ashurst Spain. He is a solicitor of England and Wales based in our Madrid office.
He specialises in acquisition and leveraged finance, corporate lending, project finance and margin lending transactions and has worked on a large number of national and international transactions in a wide range of sectors.
Nick is qualified in England & Wales.
