Matthew Haist

Matthew has extensive experience advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated and bilateral loans, investment grade loans, project financings, trade financings, structured finance deals, and receivables purchases. He has wide-ranging international experience in Europe, Asia and Latin America, and has previously worked in Hong Kong.

Matthew is admitted to the New York State Bar.
