Madeleine is a partner in our Melbourne office and has a broad range of experience as a transactional finance lawyer, specialising in leverage finance and corporate finance, and has experience in real estate finance and project finance.
Madeleine previously worked in the Hong Kong, London and New York offices of Allen & Overy, with experience in leveraged finance transactions, event-driven financings in emerging markets, and project financing in the US domestic infrastructure space.
