Lisa is one of the most experienced investment fund lawyers in Australia, having worked as a lawyer in Australia and abroad advising funds and financial services businesses for over 20 years.
She has experience advising on a wide range of commercial transactions in the financial services industry including sales and purchases of businesses and shares, joint ventures, outsourcing and the appointment of service providers, such as administrators, custodians and investment managers, for a range of clients, including responsible entities and superannuation trustees.
Lisa also regularly provides advice to clients on all legal and regulatory aspects of financial services business and entities wishing to offer securities and other financial products in Australia. Her advice extends to licensing and disclosure obligations, as well as to the other legal issues which arise from the issue of securities on other financial products to Australian persons.
