Julie Ma is a partner in our projects practice
Julie specialises in infrastructure and major projects and has advised some of the firm's most significant clients on the delivery of large-scale and complex infrastructure projects. Julie has particular expertise in the transport sector and PPP transactions. Julie's know-how, obtained from her private practice and in-house experience, includes providing legal and strategic advice to government and private sector clients on all aspects of infrastructure transactions.
