Julia specialises in mergers and acquisitions, project development and commercial contracts in the energy sector, with a particular focus on upstream oil & gas, LNG and the energy transition.
Her M&A experience includes advising buyers and sellers on transactions at the corporate and asset level (including farm-ins) through both bilateral and auction sales processes.
She has advised on numerous LNG liquefaction and regasification projects (including floating LNG regasification and small-scale LNG projects) and LNG sales and marketing arrangements.
Increasingly, she is also advising on cutting edge energy transition projects, including hydrogen and synthetic fuels.
Julia also advises on a wider range of company and commercial work in the energy sector, including joint ventures, and is recognised by all key legal directories for her experience.
