Jennifer is the head of the US securities group. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience advising both corporate clients and investment banks on global securities offerings, including SEC-registered and private placement transactions, investment fund capital raising, cross-border M&A and general securities and corporate law. She has extensive experience in the London market, Europe and Africa. Jennifer also has significant experience in the mining and real estate sectors.
Jennifer is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (England & Wales) and is qualified in the USA (New York).
