Jane advises clients in both the private and public sector on all aspects of employment, industrial relations and discrimination law. She has particular expertise in advising on the management of individual employment issues including in relation to senior executives, cross-border employment issues and strategic employment and industrial relations issues in the context of corporate restructuring. Jane regularly conducts employment related litigation including general protections claims, unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims, anti-bullying applications, enterprise agreement and industrial disputes, breach of contract claims and post-employment restraint proceedings.
Jane advises clients across a broad range of industries including financial services, energy and resources, manufacturing, retail, health and professional services in relation to contractual arrangements, remuneration, incentives, superannuation, enterprise bargaining, industrial action and termination of employment. Jane assists clients to achieve their commercial aims by managing people-related risks and finding solutions to complex employee situations.
