Jacob practices primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions and company law and governance with a focus on advising financial institutions, private equity and growth and venture capital clients.
His mergers and acquisitions experience includes private acquisitions, joint ventures, venture and growth capital financings, public company takeovers and schemes of arrangement.
Jacob was seconded to Kinnevik AB in 2016/17 as their UK legal counsel, advising on their private investments in digital consumer businesses in the UK, continental Europe and the US.
