Ian specialises in employment, energy and resources, occupational health and safety, workplace relations and workplace training.
Ian is also the team leader of the firm's employment law practice in Queensland.
He provides a full range of industrial relations and employment law services to clients including many of Australia's largest corporations, employer associations and government entities. This includes the provision of high level strategic advice and the conduct of major litigation. He is the primary adviser on complex industrial disputes, workplace change initiatives and workplace incidents for clients such as BHP, Anglo American, Glencore and Rio Tinto.
