Gaby Stach is a counsel in our real estate practice
Gaby has many years' experience acting for financier, corporate and government clients. She has a broad practice which covers leasing of industrial, commercial and retail property, acquisitions and divestments, and property development.
Gaby is a regular member of Ashurst teams working on corporate projects or finance transactions, where she undertakes and co-ordinates due diligence, drafts relevant documentation relating to any real estate issues, and offers commercial and practical solutions to clients.
Gaby has spent a total of almost two years working in client offices, having undertaken secondments to Jemena, the (then) Victorian Department of Primary Industries and Australia Post.
