Fabien Debroise is a partner in our Luxembourg office and is heading the Luxembourg global loans department
Fabien advises on all types of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance as well as fund financing. In the context of corporate financings, he regularly acts for large bank syndicates, fund sponsors and large corporate multinationals.
Fabien has also a significant experience in insolvency and restructuring as well as in capital market matters focusing on debt issuance and listing.

He is qualified in Luxembourg and speaks French, English and German.
